Contents: 1.5 oz. of pure natural non-iozed salt
Directions: In a nasal wash dissolve a generous half capful (approximately ½ teaspoon) Aromatic Salt in eight ounces of warm water. Tilt your head to the side, inserting the spout of the neti pot into your upper nostril. The Aromatic Salt solution will flow through your nasal passages and out your lower nostril. Repeat on the other side. When finished, gently blow your nose until clear.
