    We ship primarily using UPS or the U.S. Post Office.  

    EXAMPLE: your order is over $75 (after discount) and weighs 5 lbs.
    Shipping cost is $6.95.     Deduct the $4.95 credit, you will be charged $2.00

    Where necessary, orders will be changed manually to reflect added shipping charges. 
    If you wish us to contact you for approval before we do this, please say so in the "Special Instructions" box at check out.

    A Handling Charge of $1.75 is added to each order

    Next Day Air, Second Day and 3rd Day Select     do not qualify for Free Shipping.
    Anyone wishing    Next Day Air, click premium shipping. We will adjust for actual cost.
      For 2nd Day or 3rd Select, enter info in Special Instructions and we will calculate at actual cost.
    We do not accept COD orders
     

    We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other non-contiguous States via the U.S. Post Office

    Once your order is en route, we have arranged for you to receive an e-mail from the shipping company
     with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

    If you refuse an order, we will refund you the purchase price less 10%, but shipping & handling will not be refunded.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped at actual cost,  which we add  to your total manually. 
    These charges do not appear on your computer generated invoice. On your first order, we will contact you via e-mail for approval before shipping.
    If your order is over $75, we credit $4.95 towards the shipping cost.
     We do not  ship without insurance and a return receipt.
    Orders under $50 are shipped Airmail Parcel Post, insured:  this is not trackable, so you may request Global Express, if you prefer.
    Orders over $100 value are shipped Global Express to protect both of us from frustrating disappearances..
    NO C.0.D. ORDERS CAN BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY, SORRY!

    It is your responsibility to be aware of what is permitted in your country.
    Please do not order any items which are prohibited:  we cannot be responsible for items seized by customs!
    If your parcel is shipped uninsured and does not arrive, we will not be held responsible.
    In the event that your order is returned to us for any reason,
    we will credit you for product price
     less a 10% restocking fee.      
    If the parcel is lost, we will credit you once the Post office has investigated and reimbursed us.
    Any charges for the return of a package will be deducted from that credit.
    International shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances

    1- Calculate the approximate weight of your order considering the product weight (most small bottles weigh app. 1/4 lb)
     take into consideration the weight of the containers (glass can be heavy).
    Remember, packaging increase the total weight of your order usually by about 1#.

  • RETURNS and REFUNDS

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call me at toll free at 800-234-7494 / international and local calls 309-833-2848 or e-mail customerserverice@vitaminlady.com.
    Depending on the circumstances, (product opened/not opened)
    we will either issue a pick-up,  ask you to send it back or have you dispose of it. 
    Opened product can be returned only in the event of an adverse or allergic reaction.
    Empty or nearly empty packages being returned, even if claiming adverse or allergic reactions will not be refunded (yes, we have had people try this).

    We regret, Special Orders cannot be returned under any circumstances

     No returns accepted after 30 days, no exceptions.
    Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
    If your order qualified for Free Shipping and you are returning it except for cause, we will assess a $4.95 retro-active shipping charge.

     *A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on returns.
